Personal Touch Sessions

If you are looking to ramp up your workout in time for summer this session is for you. We are currently running a morning (Tue 10:45am) and an evening (Mon 8:15pm) session in Crossfield! Evening is full but we could accept drop ins or 1-2 more in the morning session still. This is a smaller class size, all strength training class that will focus on your posture, alignment, technique and execution of movement which will allow you to have the skills and confidence needed to get the most out of your workout!

The summer attendance game has begun. Grab a partner and between the both of you attend 70 classes in June and July you will each earn this super cute tote bag!  Ask for more details in class today!!

Jazzercise DC Live!

The count down is on!  Only 3 weeks until our girls trip to Washington, DC for the annual Jazzercise fitness event.  It will be monumental!!!  Anyone who knows me knows that Jazzercise has changed my world in a big way. Last July I was fortunate enough to attend this event in Palm Springs and to interview the CEO herself. Demo Days!

We have been busy girls and are putting our new shirts to good use!  Last weekend Jazzercise Airdrie was pleased to have instructors join us from Delia, Olds, Didsbury, Westcott and Crossfield to do a demo at The Airdrie Home and Lifestyle Show! Then today Jazzercise Crossfield instructors (left to right) Kristen, Casey and Heathet did a demonstration at The Highland Primary Care Health Network Community Celebration event at The Crossfield Hall! We love getting out in the community and showing everyone our moves :)

The Airdrie Wedding Event

Jazzercise Airdrie had a fabulous afternoon at The Airdrie Wedding Event on Sun, Feb 23rd.
