Anyone who knows me knows that Jazzercise has totally changed my life and in such a good way!  I am in the best shape of my life after having 2 children and am down a total of 95 lbs from my heaviest ever weight (at the end of my first pregnancy) and down around 80 lbs from when I first started the program 5 years ago. I can honestly say I have had fun every step of the way doing it. Cardio, strength, stretch.  Jazzercise. Push Your Body. Find Your Beat!  Burning up to 700 calories a class :).
