Junior Jazzercise in Crossfield

Tonight we kicked off another 8 week session of Junior Jazzercise - Halloween style. We had a spooky warm up, costume circle time, howling hula break and a dark and dangerous dance off!  Here's a sneak peek at our latest group that will soon be performing on the stage!

GNO Breast Cancer Fundraiser

Whoo Hoo!  Another out of this world event was held this past Sat in Olds. Our annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser had a full house of ladies and a wide array of vendors to shop from at the shopping expo. Our teaching team of 12 led an amazing set choreographed by Tim Roberts, professional dancer and choreographer. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success!!!  See you next year :)

Only 5 more sleeps until GNO Event

We are so excited for our upcoming Girls Night Out Breast Cancer Fundraiser class. This year it will be held at The Holy Trinity School in Olds on Sat, October 25th. Doors open at 6:30pm arrive on time to get some shopping done at our Shopping Expo and to get your name in for all of the fabulous door prizes. Around a dozen local instructors will be performing a specialty set made up of mostly Tim Roberts routines. Tim is a professional dancer, teacher, choreographer and aerobic champion. Last July long some of us instructors were fortunate to attend his love class and it was beyond amazing!  You ladies will love this class and it is for such a great cause also. Hope to see you there and please bring a friend!

Congratulations Dana!!!!

A huge congratulations goes out to Dana Vance who recently became a certified Jazzercise instructor this past weekend up in Red Deer. She has worked so hard and we are so excited to be adding her to our team of fabulous instructors.

Congrats to Leannder and Krista who have each done 150 classes already this year. That is amazing!!! As a reward they receive this cute Crave tee!!  Wear them proud girls you have worked so hard for these and we are do proud of you. We wonder who will be next?!? 

Special Team Teach Class Oct 9-14

Didsbury instructor Jena Day and her husband Josh are expecting a little turkey in Feb and Crossfield instructor Kristen Dahl and hubby Clay are expecting a little turkey in April!  What better way to announce the news to our customers then at a special team taught Cardio Dance Party!  We all taught 4 routines each and one "Baby or Mamma" themed song. Our shirts all had cute sayings: Heather - "I Don't Sweat I Sparkle" Jena & Kristen "Training for Two" and Casey "Gym Now. Wine Later". Congratulations ladies - we are so excited for you!  Thank you to everyone for coming it was a class full of energy with over 30 ladies in attendance!

Rehearsal Day!

It's been a busy jazz day starting with me subbing a Strength45 class in Didsbury then into Red Deer for a rehearsal with our instructors in training Chantry and Dana. These ladies are working so hard and we are so proud of all of their progress!  Workshop is coming up on the 17th. We are so excited - can't wait. Great job girls and happy birthday to Chantry today!!!

Crossfield Fun Run

The kids and I had a great time warming up the runners - Jazzercise style last Sat for the Crossfield Fun Run in support of the Fire Departments Christmas Food Hamper Program!  It was also great to see so many of our customers there participating in the event with their families!  It's great to stay fit and help the community at the same time!

Diva Day!

Well after rocking the stage for two classes today and all the excitement of our Grand Re-Opening at our new location in Airdrie, we are all diva'd out! What an amazing day - we had so much fun meeting you all and shimmying those tata's!  Welcome to Jazzercise everyone and hope to see you back tomorrow at 8:15pm for Fusion class. A huge thank you to all of our helpers and to those who donated door prizes also ;)
