Personal Touch Sessions

If you are looking to ramp up your workout in time for summer this session is for you. We are currently running a morning (Tue 10:45am) and an evening (Mon 8:15pm) session in Crossfield! Evening is full but we could accept drop ins or 1-2 more in the morning session still. This is a smaller class size, all strength training class that will focus on your posture, alignment, technique and execution of movement which will allow you to have the skills and confidence needed to get the most out of your workout!
